What does compliance mean and how does SAARLAND Versicherungen approach it?
  • The companies of the Versicherungskammer Group are reliable and fair partners with integrity. This is one of the reasons for our success. As a result, ensuring compliance while avoiding and minimising risks associated with it is very important and contributes towards the Group’s value.
Compliance within the Versicherungskammer Group means observing all laws and ordinances as well as all requirements from supervisory authorities and voluntary commitments with an external impact.
Proactively avoiding risks and establishing a constant awareness of legal risks is only one goal of compliance. The core tasks of compliance also include a risk control, early warning, monitoring and advisory function. This awareness of the law protects the company from sustaining economic damage.
For this purpose, the Versicherungskammer Group has provided a compliance management system (CMS), conduct rules and internal regulations which apply to all employees and management staff equally. These support the long-term development of a natural culture of compliance.
Who is the contact for compliance?
